Blast from the past!

I love how Jared's former co-stars compliment him after decades of working together. These people do not need to do that at this point, but he left such an everlasting impression on them that they do readily.

And I am not gonna lie that warms my heart a little more when those co-workers are women because Hollywood is so predatory towards us.

Actresses suffer through situations in which their mental and physical healthy and safety are totally disregarded by male directors, cast and crew. A current example was Sean Bean stating that having Intimacy Coordinators is a form of censorship. I mean, the dude is basically saying he wants to take advantage of his women co-stars during scenes without being bothered.

I remember fondly when Nikki Aycox (OG Meg) was still doing the early con-circuits and she told fans a BTS story that she was tied-up to a chair and hungry and couldn't eat because production didn't want to 'waste' time untying and tying her again - wtf, really? - Jared fed her.

There's so many other examples, like when Shoshannah was in Studio and Jared made most the effort to learn sign language or when she was in another time and the translator hadn't arrived yet, but Jared himself tried to do while the crew waited and even though even wasn't the most successful all the time, she was thankful for his efforts.

So yeah, people don't need to compliment him, but they do wholeheartedly because, time and time again, Jared shows how respectful, caring and kind he is to his peers.
